Mamas walk!

Come walk with us! This group is geared towards developing a tribe whilst pregnant that you can grow with and lean on during your mama journey. We will be walking once a month together, while I hold space for questions about common aches and pains you may be experiencing, birth, labor, nutrition for you and growing baby, etc. I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Nutritious Movement certified Restorative Exercise Specialist, which means I can help you learn to move better and with more ease facilitating a smoother pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. 

These walks are absolutely free! I want you all to connect and at the same time learn about how your pregnancy can be navigated with more support and ease. 

These groups will be at various parks around Seattle each month. Let me know if you have a favorite! Look forward to meeting you all.
